On Tuesday, March 11, former Spotswood High School standout Emerson Adkins’ current college team, the Eastern Mennonite Royals, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Mary Baldwin Fighting Squirrels.
The game took place at MBU Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Fighting Squirrels this season.
The Royals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 12 p.m. at UMW Softball Stadium against Mary Washington Eagles.
