On Wednesday, April 2, former Spotswood High School standout Emerson Adkins’ current college team, the Eastern Mennonite Royals, lost 10-5 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Bridgewater Eagles.
The game took place at Gehman Field. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Royals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Carol Estes Park against Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets.
