Rep. Frank Pallone, who has represented New Jersey’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress since 1988, posted a series of messages on April 7, 2026, addressing health care policy and international security concerns.
In recognition of World Health Day, Pallone stated: “Today is World Health Day. Democrats spent decades making significant progress in making health care affordable for you, but Republicans stripped millions of Americans of their health insurance, undermined safe and effective treatments like vaccines, and even withdrew the U.S.” (April 7, 2026).
Later that day, Pallone shared his endorsement of another message with a brief post: “Bellissimo. I approve this message. https://t.co/1v5i3BkER0” (April 7, 2026).
Addressing global tensions and political leadership in a subsequent tweet, Pallone wrote: “Trump is absolutely unhinged. He’s threatening to wipe out an entire civilization and Republicans in Congress are doing nothing to stop him. This would be a grave escalation, and puts America—and the whole world—at risk.Â
This war must end now—and Republicans must call for the https://t.co/28IZ5cLsdb” (April 7, 2026).
Pallone has been an active member of Congress since replacing James J. Howard in 1988 and previously served in the New Jersey Senate from 1984 to 1988. He was born in Long Branch, New Jersey in 1951 and continues to reside there at age 71. His educational background includes a BA from Middlebury College (1973) and a JD from Rutgers University-Camden (1978).
