U.S. Representative Frank Pallone, who serves New Jersey’s 6th district, shared several comments on his social media account regarding immigration policy, local history, and the GOP’s approach to health care reform.
On November 15, 2025, Pallone questioned apparent contradictions in political rhetoric on immigration by posting: “Mass deportations for thee—workers for me?”
The following day, referencing his hometown’s historical connection to President Garfield’s final days, Pallone wrote: “Like many of my neighbors, I’m adding Death by Lightning to my @Netflix queue—since President Garfield’s final days played out right here in Long Branch!” (November 16, 2025).
Later that same day, Pallone commented on Republican health care proposals with skepticism: “What new GOP health plan? Trump and his rubber-stamp Republicans have never even had a concept of a plan. I’ll believe it when I see it.” (November 16, 2025).
Frank Pallone has represented New Jersey’s 6th District in Congress since 1988 after previously serving in the New Jersey Senate. Born in Long Branch in 1951 and currently residing there, he holds degrees from Middlebury College and Rutgers University-Camden.
