At 20:42 UTC on the same day, he commented on government repression both domestically and abroad: “Nobody should have to fear violence from their own government. Not in America, and not in Iran. Frank Pallone has served as a member of Congress for New Jersey’s 6th District since replacing James J. Howard in 1988 and previously held office in the New Jersey Senate from 1984 to 1988. Born in Long Branch, New Jersey in 1951 and currently residing there at age 71, Pallone graduated from Middlebury College with a BA and earned his JD from Rutgers University-Camden.
