Rep. Frank Pallone, who represents New Jersey’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of updates on his official Twitter account between April 18 and April 19, 2026, addressing voter data protection, environmental stewardship, and local cultural events.
On April 18, Pallone commented on recent developments regarding voter data security: “Good. I’m happy to see Trump’s attempts to misuse Americans’ voter data come to nothing. I’ll always work in Congress to make sure your data and right to vote are protected.”
The following day marked the beginning of Earth Week, which Pallone acknowledged by referencing the perspective astronauts have provided through photographs of Earth: “Happy Earth Week! Our astronauts have been back on Earth for a while now—but as we begin this celebration of our beautiful home planet, I’m once again thinking about the photographs they took of it. It’s our collective responsibility to take care of our home!” (April 19).
Later that same day, Pallone attended an event at Monmouth University celebrating American music icons: “Great to be here at Monmouth University with Matt Cartwright and Monmouth University President Leahy for the Annual American Music Honors celebration. There was a great lineup, including the E Street Band, Patti Smith, Dionne Warwick, Dr. Dre, and of course, NJ’s favorite—Bruce” (April 19).
Pallone has served in Congress since replacing James J. Howard in 1988 after previously serving in the New Jersey Senate from 1984 to 1988. Born in Long Branch in 1951 and currently residing there at age 71, he holds degrees from Middlebury College and Rutgers University-Camden.
