On Friday, Jan. 31, former North Brunswick Township High School standout Omar Carreras’ current college team, the Tusculum Pioneers, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Francis Marion Patriots.

The game took place at Sparrow Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Patriots this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. at Sparrow Stadium against Francis Marion Patriots.
