On Sunday, Feb. 23, former South Brunswick High School standout Ella Squaires’ current college team, the UMBC Retrievers, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Saint Francis Red Flash.
The game took place at The Diamond of UMBC. This was their second matchup against the Red Flash this season.
The Retrievers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 5:30 p.m. at The Diamond of UMBC against Rhode Island Rams.
