Rep. Frank Pallone, U.S. Congressman representing New Jersey’s 6th district since 1988, recently shared several posts on social media covering topics from holiday greetings to government affairs.

On September 22, 2025, Pallone extended well wishes for the Jewish New Year, posting “L’Shana Tova! Wishing everyone celebrating in New Jersey and around the world a sweet new year! May 5786 be a year of health, joy, and community!”

The following day, September 23, he highlighted a visit from a fellow lawmaker: “My New Jersey colleague and friend @RepMenendez stopped by my office to chat about his resolution honoring Bruce Springsteen’s birthday today.”

Later that same day, Pallone commented on ongoing federal budget negotiations: “I’ll spare you the details: Trump is shutting down the government because he thinks he’s a king. This is on him.”

Frank Pallone has been active in public service for decades. He first served in the New Jersey Senate from 1984 to 1988 before being elected to Congress. Born in Long Branch, New Jersey in 1951 and currently residing there at age 71, Pallone holds degrees from Middlebury College and Rutgers University-Camden.
