Rep. Frank Pallone, who represents New Jersey’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on his social media account on February 10, 2026, addressing political opponents, road safety legislation, and historical recognition issues.
In a post made at 13:04 UTC on February 10, Pallone criticized former President Donald Trump and his associates by stating, “Trump and his lackeys are wildly, hopelessly out of touch.”
Later that day at 16:13 UTC, Pallone focused on traffic fatalities in the United States. He wrote, “We can all agree that 40,000 deaths on the roads each year is unacceptable. That’s why I’ve introduced the Safety is Not for Sale Act, which will allow Americans to choose the safety features they need to protect themselves and their families.”
At 18:21 UTC on February 10, Pallone commented on U.S. government actions regarding international historical events. He stated: “Over a million people were murdered and starved to death in the Armenian Genocide, and when the highest-level visit yet from an American official to the eternal flame honoring its victims took place, the Trump Administration once again couldn’t bring themselves to call this crime”.
Frank Pallone has represented New Jersey’s 6th District in Congress since 1988 after succeeding James J. Howard. Before joining Congress, he served in the New Jersey Senate from 1984 to 1988. Born in Long Branch in 1951 and currently residing there at age 71, Pallone earned his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in 1973 and later received a law degree from Rutgers University-Camden in 1978.
