Rep. Frank Pallone, a longtime U.S. Congressman representing New Jersey’s 6th district, posted several statements on November 14, 2025, addressing both a recent public hearing by RWJ Barnabas and ongoing political negotiations in the Senate.

In a post at 15:41 UTC, Pallone criticized the conduct of a local hospital system’s event, stating: “My statement on RWJ Barnabas’s sham of a public hearing last night. (1/2) https://t.co/fXZ4dLeyzM” (November 14, 2025). He followed up immediately with a second message containing an additional link: (2/2) https://t.co/Xg6lRyW1e7 (November 14, 2025).

Later that day, Pallone commented on federal budget negotiations and the government shutdown. He wrote: “Republican Senators shouldn’t get to fleece the American people as a condition for ending their shutdown. I’m for axing the slush fund. https://t.co/SI2TjRk3uF” (November 14, 2025).

Pallone has represented New Jersey’s 6th District in Congress since replacing James J. Howard in 1988 and previously served in the New Jersey Senate from 1984 to 1988. Born in Long Branch, New Jersey in 1951, he is currently a resident there and holds degrees from Middlebury College and Rutgers University-Camden.
