Spotswood High School standout Emerson Adkins’ college team lost in NCAA Division III softball game on Sunday, March 30

On Sunday, March 30, former Spotswood High School standout Emerson Adkins’ current college team, the Eastern Mennonite Royals, lost 7-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Ferrum Panthers.

The game took place at Vickie Van Kleeck Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Royals’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 3 p.m. at Gehman Field against Bridgewater Eagles.
