Middlesex College issued the following announcement.
"I am a huge advocate for Middlesex College. I always brag that I learned most of what I really needed to know in my industry here. Out of high school, Middlesex was my best option for pursuing my passion because of the reputable hospitality program, location, and low cost. I had a great experience with my professors and classmates. After Middlesex, I transferred to East Stroudsburg University and went right into restaurant management. I worked at several operations and resorts and finally landed at Rutgers University Dining Services as a manager.
I kept in touch with my professors here at the College, served on some committees, and was ultimately asked if I would be interested in teaching a course. When a full-time position became available, I applied, and the rest is history! I love teaching and working with college students, so what better opportunity would I have than teaching at Middlesex in the classes I first learned about this industry?"
