Learn how to manage stress and earn credit at the same time! In Holistic Stress Management (HES 124), you will have the opportunity to learn about relaxation techniques and coping strategies for stressful situations.
Each student will be taught how to understand the psychosomatic (mind-body-spirit) relationship and to create a holistic action plan to manage stress in their life. This course is listed under the Health and Exercise Science program and worth three credits.
