He stated: "This is disturbing – farmers found PFAS chemicals contaminating their land & livestock after buying tainted fertilizer." He highlighted that the company responsible for selling the contaminated fertilizer is attempting to prevent farmers from pursuing legal action. Pallone emphasized the necessity of avoiding broad Superfund exemptions to protect communities.
