Frank Pallone, a long-time representative of New Jersey’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently took to social media to voice his concerns and observations on various public issues. His March 31, 2025 posts addressed expected electricity bill hikes, the resurgence of measles, and a personal wish to connect with nature.

In a tweet posted on March 31, 2025, Pallone addressed the issue of rising electricity costs. He stated, "Outrageous electric bills are about to spike again…up to 20% this summer. I’m fighting for accountability and to stop this. New Jerseyans shouldn’t be punished because clean energy projects are stuck in a broken queue."

Later the same day, Pallone commented on the resurgence of measles in the United States, a disease that had been eliminated decades earlier. On March 31, 2025, he tweeted, "Measles was eliminated in the U.S. 25 years ago. Now it’s back because too many people decided Facebook posts and RFK Jr were more trustworthy than doctors. This is what losing public trust in science looks like."

In a separate message posted on March 31, 2025, Pallone expressed a desire to retreat to nature, simply writing, "Get me to God’s country".

Pallone, who has been a member of the U.S. Congress since 1988, continues to engage actively with the public, advocacy, and policy-making processes.
