On Tuesday, March 25, former Spotswood High School standout Emerson Adkins’ current college team, the Eastern Mennonite Royals, lost 7-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Mary Washington Eagles.
The game took place at UMW Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Royals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Aubrey R. Moon Jr. Field against Lynchburg Hornets.
