Today I’m sending letters to four agencies demanding answers." He emphasized that "The government cannot simply walk away from its commitments on a whim." In another tweet posted on February 6, 2025, Pallone criticized both Trump and Musk for their intentions toward the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He stated: " Trump and Musk want to gut NOAA—the agency that keeps the Jersey Shore safe, protects our fisheries, and funds coastal infrastructure—all to line their pockets and pay off Big Oil and their tech billionaire buddies." His remarks underscore concerns over potential impacts on environmental safety and infrastructure funding.
