Rep. On January 28, 2025, Pallone noted a judicial decision affecting federal funding: "A judge just temporarily blocked Trump's unconstitutional freezing of billions in federal funding, which needlessly left nonprofits, small businesses, and local governments in New Jersey scrambling in fear."
