On February 20, 2025, Rep. Pallone highlighted the transformation of Long Branch’s library through a tweet. He stated that "Long Branch’s library has always been more than books—it’s a lifeline for job seekers, students, and neighbors looking to learn, connect, and grow." He expressed pride in celebrating the library's major transformation which includes new technology, a sensory room, and an expanded space dedicated to Long Branch history.

The following day on February 21, 2025, Pallone criticized RFK Jr., the Secretary of Health at the time. In his tweet he mentioned that "Week one as Secretary of Health, and RFK Jr. has already postponed a key vaccine board meeting." He raised concerns over spreading measles cases in Texas while accusing RFK Jr. of using his platform to spread vaccine misinformation.

Later on February 21st, Rep. Pallone addressed issues related to funding practices by Trump's team via another tweet stating that "This is theft from the American people, plain and simple." He accused political appointees of exploiting loopholes to block funds illegally despite court orders.
