He stated: "As the climate crisis ravages our communities, Trump and his Big Oil allies are dismantling clean American energy, gutting the EPA, and doubling down on expensive, dirty fossil fuels. If we continue down this path the Jersey Shore will be completely underwater..."

He criticized Republicans for their perceived inaction as he claimed that Trump's policies were harming the economy.
In a subsequent tweet at 19:11 UTC on March 17th, Pallone addressed public health concerns related to statements made by HHS Secretary RFK Jr.: "As HHS Secretary, RFK Jr.'s words have a massive impact...He should instead be listening to doctors who are speaking out and stressing the importance of vaccination and science-based…" Pallone highlighted the negative impact of spreading unproven health advice during a measles outbreak.
