Saint Peter's Healthcare System has been acknowledged by Newsweek with three awards: America’s Best Maternity Hospitals, Best-in-State Hospitals, and Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers. This recognition highlights the hospital's commitment to quality care.

Newsweek's list of America’s Best Maternity Hospitals, in collaboration with Statista, recognizes hospitals for high-quality maternity care. This is the fourth year Saint Peter's University Hospital has achieved this distinction.

Additionally, Saint Peter's University Hospital is included in Newsweek’s America’s Best-in-State Hospitals 2025 list, which covers 700 top hospitals by state. The criteria used for evaluation were quality metrics data, patient experiences, and a voluntary Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS) survey.

Saint Peter’s CARES Surgicenter was also named to Newsweek's list of America’s Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers 2025 for the fifth consecutive year. This list assesses ambulatory surgery centers based on quality of care and peer recommendations.

Ambulatory surgery centers provide services for procedures like colonoscopies, tonsil removals, cataract removals, and other surgeries not requiring hospitalization.
